ELITE™ Series High Performance Folding Mats The EM mats are our highest quality folding mats. The protective foam in our 1.4 model is premium cross-link polyethylene. A combination of cross-link polyethylene and prime polyurethane is used in the construction of the 2.5 model. EM mats are very durable, and provide superior shock absorbency for most athletic activities. INSTRUCTOR™ Series Folding Mats The IM mats are designed for teaching basic skills. Mat softness combined with good shock absorption makes this series an excellent multi-purpose primary mat. The protective foam is a closed cell laminated polyethylene. The 2.5 model uses a combination of polyethylene and prime polyurethane.
